Download the birdie+ app from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once you’ve downloaded the app, pairing your birdie+ alarm will only take a couple of minutes.1

Step 2: Practice using Birdie+ Love Rep and Fake Call
Once you’ve paired your app and set your emergency contacts, practice using birdie+’s On-Call Rep (24/7) and Excuse-to-Leave Call. Birdie+ is super simple to use, so you should get the hang of it in no time.

Simply slide off the tab on the back, insert two new CR2302 batteries and slide the tab back on.

The dimensions of birdie+ are 3.5" x 1.125" x 0.625". This is 0.25” shorter and 0.125” thicker than the original Birdie personal safety alarm.
What happens if my birdie+ subscription expires?
Birdie+’s On-Call Rep, Excuse-to-Leave Call and Location Sharing will be disabled. Only the Loud Siren will work.

Does birdie+ work internationally
The excuse-to-leave call and loud siren will work anywhere you are. The live rep is only available in the United States.
Your phone must have cell connection in order for birdie+ to call or text you.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund. However, your subscription access will remain active for the rest of the current monthly billing period.
